Asian Management Research Journal is an interdisciplinary, scholarly and refereed journal that provides authentic research in all areas of management in the Asian context for scholars, academics, professionals and practitioners. AMJR publishes academic and applied research that seeks to blend management theories and practice in a variety of management disciplines in general and with a particular reference to Asian perspectives. It covers empirical and conceptual research on new and innovative topics having sound theoretical base that can be applied to non-routine challenges in everyday work practices of today’s organizations.
